Shelly Rodgers
Shelly Rodgers grew up in a small town in Northwestern Pennsylvania. After moving to Virginia in 2010, she started her pursuit in education at South University. Shelly obtained a BA in Psychology and later went on to get her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Shelly Started with ICT Services Inc in 2019. In her free time Shelly enjoys traveling to new places, camping with her friends and family, and trying new things.
Charity Hankins
Charity Hankins, MSW, LCSW-S, CSAC-S is the current Team Leader at ICT Services with a master’s degree in social work from the Ohio State University with an emphasis in substance abuse and mental health. She completed her bachelor’s degree in social sciences with a minor in sociology from National University in San Diego, California. She began her career in mental health as an intern at ICT and has since held the positions of clinician and co-occurring specialist. Charity has a passion for the field of mental health, specifically those with a severe mental illness diagnosis. When not at work, Charity enjoys travelling, being outdoors, and Ohio State football.
Meosha Flowers
Meosha Flowers is the Assistant Team Leader and Co-occurring Specialist at ICT.Meosha is currently pursuing certification in Clinician Mental Health Counseling at Norfolk State University. Meosha matriculated through academic programs at Norfolk State and earned a MA in Urban Education-Community Counseling in 2019 and a BA in Sociology in 2015. Meosha has 8+ years of experience providing mental health services to the adult clients in various settings. Meosha’s mission is to revolve the Tidewater region by providing mental health services and ensuring that services are accessible to everyone. When not working, Meosha enjoys cultural immersion activities, festivals, spending time at the beach and canvas painting.
Joshua Robinson
A guy. A nurse. Two things people typically do not associate together. Through various careers as a caretaker, lifeguard, and first responder, Josh is happy to have found a passion in nursing. Joshua Completed Nursing school through Sentara and Initially began working in the hospital setting, in an ICU caring for the pediatric population. Working with this Population has been a change and Josh has embarrassed the difference in the field he never thought he would be in. Josh enjoys working with our clients and learning new things along the way.
Domonique Peele
Domonique Peele is a graduate of Chowan University with her bachelor’s in psychology. She currently serves in the role of Vocational specialist with ICT. She also is a mentor, speaker, Coach and author. Her everyday goal is to spread love and light and to leave a lasting impact on those she encounters.
Michelle Lang
Michelle is a native of Tennessee where she worked for Head Start as a Preschool Teaching Assistant and a Clerk/Parent Involvement Assistant. Michelle provided low income children (including those with special needs) and their families services that actively encouraged and promoted social, emotional, intellectual, physical growth and development for almost 20 years. Once she raised her children Michelle moved to North Carolina and joined the ICT Services, Inc team in May of 2022. Michelle enjoys providing administrative support to the ICT Team, clients, and their support systems. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, is an avid reader and enjoys going to the beach.
